Frequently Asked Questions

AHCA Membership/registration

I am part of a family camp and sometimes miss out on email communication, how can I fix this?

Most likely, someone at your camp already has an account through the website. The best way to do this would to get the primary member to access their profile in their account. Under the heading "bundle summary", they can select "add member".  You can then add a member using their name, email and phone number (if they want). Remember to select "email opt-in". Now this person is bundled under the primary membership holder, and will receive communication etc. You still will be able to operate your account individually, but you will not be prompted to purchase an AHCA membership.

AHCA Directory

We now have the option to submit your email and/or phone number to our Amethyst directory. This feature is handy in case you need to get in contact with someone but are not on Facebook, etc. For instance, if there was an emergency in the area, or you noticed a tree that had fallen on someone's property that they should know about, you would be able to contact them. This is a new feature you would not have seen when you registered this year. You can sign into your profile, select "edit profile" and check off "list in directory".

Tennis

How do I buy a tennis tag?

Please visit the store, purchase the number of tags you want and checkout.  The tags will be available for pickup at Bonnie McDonalds house beside the main dock.

Sports Program

How do I register multiple children?

1. Complete registration for your first child and then select "pay invoice" (this is essentially like putting it in a cart). Do not enter payment information.

2. Go back to the event page as if to start a new registration. There will be the options of "register" and "already registered". If you click on either, you can add a new registration.

3. Select "new registration" and complete the form.

4. When you are done adding all of the participants, you can pay the invoice.

What is Transitions?

The Transitions program is geared towards kids who aren't quite ready to participate in a full day of sports. Some kids just aren't that interested in sports and still want to have fun with their friends in a group setting. The program starts with Storytime in the morning (a combination of crafts, forest exploring, books and free time on the equipment) and ends with a 45 minute block of swimming and park games.
